What you will do:
Handle companyprovided leads.
Connect with existing customers through calls/digital/walkins and recommend suitable life insurance plans.
Maintain solid customer relationships and ensure excellent service.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to direct channel growth.
Follow all company policies, compliance norms, and quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduation mandatory.
1 Years – 5 years experience in Sales / Insurance / BFSI preferred.
Robust communication & interpersonal skills.
Goaloriented and customerfocused mindset.
