Job Description Job TitleSenior Executive Account TaxationDepartmentFinanace & AccountsBand LevelMid -levelLocationPithampurSupervisor Name No. of Reports Date of Creation Job PurposeWe are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Executive / Sr. Executive GST & Accounts to manage GST compliance, return filing, reconciliation, accounting support, and related statutory activities. The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to the GST Portal, GST returns, ITC reconciliation, MS Excel, and accounting processes Preparation and filing of GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
Assist in ITC reconciliation with GSTR-2B and books of accounts.
¢ Handle GST portal activities, including error identification and resolution.
¢ Assist in drafting replies to GST notices and ensuring departmental compliance.
¢ Maintain and assist in invoice-wise GST records and periodic reconciliations.
¢ Coordinate with concerned departments for data collection, clarification, and follow-ups.
¢ Assist in preparation and filing of annual GST returns (GSTR-9 / GSTR-9C).
¢ Provide assistance in all types of GST compliance and related activities.




¢ Assist in accounting and GST-related tasks as required.
¢ Maintain proper records and documentation related to GST and statutory compliance.
¢ Support the Finance & Accounts team in day-to-day accounting activities.Organization Chart

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities¢ Robust practical knowledge of GST compliance and return filing.
¢ Hands-on experience with the GST Portal.
¢ Positive understanding of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B, GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C.
¢ Robust knowledge of ITC reconciliation.
¢ Good command of MS Excel, including:
VLOOKUP
XLOOKUP
Pivot Tables
IF formulas
Data filtering and reconciliation

¢ Good analytical and numerical skills.
¢ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
¢ Good documentation and drafting skills.
¢ Good verbal and written communication skills.
¢ Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and meet statutory deadlines.

Educational QualificationsMBA in Finance or equivalent. Work Experience 4 years and above in related field.
