Job Description:

Role: Banking Process Executive

Location: Chennai

Job Type: Full time

Experience: 0 to 3 Years

Qualification: Any Degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.)

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Working Days: 5 Days

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries related to bank services and products (loans, accounts, credit cards, etc.)
Process customer requests through calls or email/chat depending on the process
Perform KYC updates, form validation, and transaction support
Maintain accurate records and ensure data security and compliance
Provide high-quality customer service and resolve banking issues efficiently
Skills Required:

Good communication (Voice) / Good written English (Non-Voice)
Basic knowledge of banking/finance products
Customer support mind set and problem-solving skills
Typing skills (for Non-Voice)
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required)
