About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive, organised and independent professional to work closely with the Founder. This is a dynamic role combining marketing, events, branding, content initiatives, vendor management and business coordination.The ideal candidate should be someone who can take ownership, work independently and become a trusted execution partner to the Founder.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Founder on day-to-day priorities, initiatives and special projects.
- Manage client and stakeholder coordination and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Plan and coordinate events, conferences, networking activities and other brand initiatives.
- Manage podcast activities including guest coordination, scheduling and execution.
- Support marketing, branding, social media and content-related initiatives.
- Identify, coordinate and manage vendors and external partners.
- Take ownership of projects from planning to execution with minimal supervision.
- Research, identify opportunities and support new initiatives as required.




- Handle multiple priorities and ensure smooth execution of Founder-led projects.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in Founder’s Office, Marketing, Events, Business Coordination, EA or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent coordination, planning and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership.
- Robust stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Good understanding of marketing, branding, events and content.
- Proactive, solution-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of maturity, professionalism and discretion.
