We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role you will drive our online presence, generate qualified leads, and showcase our real estate projects to the local market.

Key responsibilities

- Plan and create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Run and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
- Generate and qualify leads for site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain brand tone, visual identity, and write persuasive captions and property descriptions.
- Engage with the audience by handling comments, messages, and building follower growth.
- Provide regular performance reports and collaborate with graphic designers and video editors.

Required qualifications

- 12th Pass Graduate, preferably in Marketing or Media.
- 0–2 years of experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook Ads, and real estate marketing.
- Proficiency with Canva and basic video editing tools.
- Valuable copywriting skills in Hindi and English (Marathi a plus).

Nice to have

- Real estate industry experience.
- Experience with lead generation metrics such as CPL and conversions.
- Ability to create content in Marathi.
