- Strong understanding of 5G NR architecture and protocol stack.
- Positive knowledge of 3GPP standards (Rel-15/16/17).
- Hands-on experience in 5G NR Layer 2 (MAC/RLC/PDCP) development.
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming. Knowledge of multi-threading and concurrency.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with tools like Wireshark, protocol analyzers, log analysis tools.
- Familiarity with hardware-based test tools such as TM500 or UE simulators and protocol analyzers like QXDM, QCAT is a plus.

Proficiency in GIT, Jenkins (CI/CD), and JIRA for agile development
