Job Summary

We are looking for an SAP Business Network (SBN) and Supplier Enablement Lead to own the design and configuration of SAP Business Network, and to define and drive the supplier enablement strategy and planning for the program. The role combines deep SBN commerce automation expertise with the ability to plan and execute large-scale supplier onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Own SAP Business Network (SBN) solution design and configuration across the program.
- Define the supplier enablement strategy, roadmap, and wave-based onboarding plan.
- Lead supplier segmentation, enablement, and onboarding across transaction methods (portal, cXML, EDI).
- Drive commerce automation - purchase orders, order confirmations, ship notices, and invoice automation on SBN.
- Manage supplier communications, enablement campaigns, and go-live readiness.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to align SBN transactions with backend processes.
- Track enablement KPIs, adoption, and supplier transaction success rates and report to stakeholders.
- Resolve supplier-facing transaction and enablement issues through hypercare.

Skill Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in SBN commerce automation and supplier enablement activities.
- Proven experience designing and configuring SAP Business Network.
- Solid track record in supplier enablement strategy, planning, and large-scale onboarding.
- Deep knowledge of SBN document flows and integration methods (cXML, EDI).
- Excellent stakeholder and supplier-facing communication skills.

Other Requirements

SAP Business Network / SAP Ariba certification is mandatory

- Experience running global supplier enablement programs.




- Familiarity with invoice automation and compliance requirements across regions.
