Collect relevant market and customer data through online sources and business portals.
Handle online portals and generate new business leads from potential customers.
Communicate with prospective customers, understand their requirements and provide relevant product information.
Explain product details/catalogues/brochures to customers and resolve their queries professionally.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospective customers.
Prepare skilled email drafts and respond to customer inquiries.
Maintain proper records of leads, customer details and follow-up activities.




Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer requirements and inquiries.
Support export and business development activities to generate current business opportunities.
