Position:Manager - Engineering

Responsibilities:

- Manage critical clean utilities including Purified Water, boilers, chillers, DG sets, compressed air, and specialized HVAC systems for OSD manufacturing areas.
- Ensure effective control of dust, temperature, humidity, and cross-contamination through proper HVAC and utility management.
- Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for granulators, tablet presses, capsule fillers, and packaging equipment.
- Develop and monitor Preventive Maintenance Schedules to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Lead capital projects, including budgeting, equipment selection, design review, FAT, SAT, installation, and commissioning.
- Ensure proper Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) of engineering systems and equipment with complete documentation.
- Maintain engineering systems and records in compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.




- Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams for smooth plant operations and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety, EHS, and applicable statutory requirements.
- Drive energy conservation, utility optimization, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of OSD processing equipment, cleanroom design and PLC/automation systems.
- Expertise in project management and cross-functional team handling.
- Solid skills in root-cause analysis and OEE optimization.
- Good knowledge of regulatory compliance and audit management.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Electrical/Mechanical
