Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Moveworks Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade Moveworks solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in enterprise integrations, ITSM platforms, conversational AI, and employee experience automation.
The Technical Architect will serve as the technical authority across multiple client engagements, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality solution delivery while mentoring technical consultants and developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Moveworks solutions for IT, HR, Workplace Services, and Enterprise Search use cases.
- Define technical architecture, integration patterns, security controls, and deployment approaches.
- Lead architecture workshops and technical discovery sessions with clients.
- Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
- Architect solutions using Moveworks Agent Studio, Creator Studio, Enterprise Search, and Knowledge Studio.
- Design conversational AI experiences and workflow automations.
- Establish reusable design patterns and implementation standards.
- Guide complex use case implementation and troubleshooting.

- Define API-led integration strategies using REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth 2.0, and SAML.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of integrations.
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical leadership to Moveworks developers and technical consultants.
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and solution walkthroughs.
- Mentor team members and support capability development.
- Establish development standards, governance processes, and quality controls.
Delivery Governance
- Support project planning, estimation, and technical risk assessment.
- Review technical deliverables across multiple engagements.
- Participate in customer steering meetings and technical governance forums.
- Ensure successful production deployments and hypercare support.

- Experience with ITSM, Employee Experience, or Digital Workplace solutions.
- Prior Moveworks implementation experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
