Job Summary
Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and support enterprise Remote Access and SSL VPN solutions. Administer and troubleshoot Ivanti Secure Access (Pulse Secure) environments. Implement and manage SASE solutions to provide secure connectivity for remote users, branches, and cloud applications. Configure and support VPN technologies including SSL VPN, IPsec VPN, and Client VPN services. Manage authentication and authorization integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, RADIUS, MFA, and SSO platforms. Support network segmentation and secure access policies using Zero Trust principles. Participate in EVPN-based connectivity designs for branch and cloud integration. Perform troubleshooting of complex connectivity, performance, and authentication issues. Monitor VPN infrastructure capacity, health, and performance metrics. Collaborate with network, cloud, and security teams to implement secure access architectures. Conduct upgrades, patching, hardening, and lifecycle management of remote access platforms. Develop operational documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles. Support incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management activities. Experience with one or more SASE platforms: Zscaler ZIA/ZPA Fortinet AO VPN

Other Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Security, or a related field. experience in Network Security, Remote Access, VPN, or Enterprise Connectivity environments. Hands-on experience with Ivanti Secure Access (Pulse Secure) administration, deployment, and troubleshooting. Experience designing and supporting SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) solutions in large-scale enterprise environments. Robust knowledge of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) principles and secure remote access architectures. Experience with leading SASE platforms such as Zscaler, Palo Alto Prisma Access, Netskope, Cisco Secure Access, or Cato Networks.
