Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Experience: 20+ Years

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between the client and project team.
Lead project teams and ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets are achieved.
Manage design reviews, constructability reviews, contractor qualification, and vendor coordination.
Prepare/review bidder documents, estimates, budgets, change orders, and project proposals.
Monitor project schedules, resources, risks, and project progress.
Ensure effective Change Management and maintain complete project documentation.
Ensure 100% CCA completion, punch-list/defect closure, and construction handover.
Apply construction industry best practices and LEAN/IPD tools.

Key Requirements:
Robust knowledge of Construction Systems CCIP.
Experience in qualification of Civil, Structural & MEP contractors.
Robust understanding of construction standards, design, constructability, and project management.
Ability to train and coach Resident Engineers on construction systems.
Robust skills in cost estimation, scheduling, change management, quality, and safety.
