Role & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts for UI, API, and DB testing.
Analyze user stories and requirements to identify automation scenarios.
Build robust automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, TestNG, and RestAssured.
Handle complex JSON payloads: read, update, validate, and convert JSON into Java objects (collections, maps, lists).
Implement end-to-end flows involving:
extracting data from DB
dynamic payload creation for APIs
multi-record API execution
validating responses with UI and DB
Develop utilities for DB operations using JDBC.
Enable parallel execution and modular execution using TestNG XML.
Debug failures using logs, screenshots, and IDE debugging.
Collaborate closely with functional testers and developers to validate business logic.
Use Git/GitHub for version control and code reviews.
Deliver assigned automation tasks within agreed timelines.





Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong skills in Java, Selenium, TestNG, RestAssured, JDBC.
Experience in framework design (utilities, modularization, reporting, parallel execution).
Strong hands-on experience in API + UI + DB automation.
Strong understanding of JSON handling and agile payload generation.
Ability to extract DB results and convert them into collections like List.
Knowledge of Cucumber BDD is an added advantage.
Solid debugging and problem-solving skills.
Experience with IntelliJ/Eclipse.
Ability to identify automation scenarios independently.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Adaptable to work across UI, API, and DB automation.
Preferred candidates willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
