Job Title: Senior Developer – HFM (.NET / Python / SQL)

Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Gurgaon, Bangalore
Shift: 12 PM – 9 PM IST (Rotational, if required)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Developer with robust expertise in HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) and hands-on experience in .NET, Python, and SQL. The role involves designing, developing, and enhancing financial applications, along with supporting implementation and integration across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain HFM-based financial applications and solutions
Work on HFM implementation, customization, and enhancements
Develop backend components using .NET and Python
Write efficient and optimized SQL queries, procedures, and data integrations
Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to gather requirements
Build and support data integrations between HFM and other enterprise systems
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks
Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews,



and documentation
Participate in deployment, release management, and setting setup
Support financial consolidation and reporting processes

Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of experience in software development / enterprise application development
Robust hands-on experience with HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)
Proficiency in .NET (C# / ASP.NET) and Python
Solid experience in SQL (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)
Experience with system integration and data workflows
Understanding of financial systems and reporting processes
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
Valuable communication and stakeholder management

Good to Have
Experience with Oracle Hyperion suite
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Knowledge of ETL tools / data pipelines
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
