Role & responsibilities
Manage overall security operations of the corporate office, including access control, visitor management, CCTV surveillance, regular security checks, and prevention of theft, pilferage, and unauthorized access.
Recruit, hire, train, and deploy security guards and helpers as per organizational requirements, while managing their duty rosters, attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance.
Monitor and safeguard company assets and materials, including inward/outward movement and proper documentation of visitors, materials, and incidents.
Handle security incidents and emergencies, including theft, fire, unauthorized access, and other safety concerns, and coordinate with relevant authorities whenever required.
Ensure compliance with security, fire-safety, and emergency SOPs, including regular checks of fire equipment, emergency exits, and other safety arrangements.
Maintain security reports and coordinate with Administration, HR,



and other departments to identify security risks and implement appropriate preventive and loss-control measures.

Preferred candidate profile
36 years of experience in retail.
Experience in supervising security guards and managing store security operations.
Valuable knowledge of CCTV monitoring and basic security systems.
Robust observation and alertness skills.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and responsibly.
Basic knowledge of fire safety and emergency procedures.
Ability to maintain security records and prepare reports.
Physically fit and willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
The candidate must have an army background.
