Job Description

He / She will propose the strategic Bancassurance sales

plan with respect to the assigned regions, discuss

necessary approvals and execute the agreed plan. Further

he/ she will formulate strategy in the areas of customer

targeting, product proposition, sales structures, marketing

and branding

· He/ she will direct the strategy for establishing profitable

and productive relationships with these partners

· He/ she will plan and implement appropriate models and

strategies with respect to the bank partners with the aim of

adding distribution power to the existing business

· He/ she will provide necessary inputs into the initial and

ongoing product development plans in order to achieve and

maintain sustained competitive advantage in the Indian

market

· He/ she will monitor execution of project plans of the

assigned bank partners, developing a solid and robust

MIS for the successful management of the Bancassurance

strategy and operational budgets

· Build appropriate pre and post sales processes and





evaluate them constantly to reduce the TATs systems.

Establish processes that facilitate enhanced sales

effectiveness, ongoing positive contribution and smooth

relationship management between the partners and PNB

· He/ she will input into the sales structures and build the

team through appropriate hiring and team development

initiatives. He/ she will provide strategic inputs to plan and

operate cost effective yet engaging reward and

remuneration structures to motivate sales staff of the

banking partners towards the achievement of required

sales objectives.

· He/she shall direct an effective, motivated and business

results focused team to achieve pre-defined targets vis-à-

vis cost, quality and turn round time parameters. Further

he/ she will actively participate in creating a challenging,

empowered and supportive workplace for one's team

providing adequate growth and development opportunities
