Hybrid — 2 days WFO | ⏰ Flexible hours | ? ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month depending on experienceAt Broseph Foundation, we work on the frontlines of abuse intervention, legal support, and mental health care — helping individuals navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives with dignity, courage, and structured support.We believe access to mental health care should not be a privilege. It should be a right.To that end, we are looking for a compassionate, social-work driven Psychologist (Community and Crisis Support) to join our growing team.What You'll DoCoordinate and manage mental health support for help seekers through our network of empanelled therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists.Conduct 1-to-1 therapy sessions where required (online and in-person).Facilitate online and in-person support group sessions for community members.Ensure access to therapy resources for employees and volunteers at the Foundation.Maintain accurate and confidential case documentation across mental health and allied cases — including cases that intersect with legal aid, and crisis intervention.Conduct structured follow-ups with help seekers to track case progress and outcomes.Organise and lead mental health awareness camps, workshops, and community outreach initiatives.Work closely with our legal aid team and caseworkers on interdisciplinary cases involving trauma, abuse,
