SAP Basis SolMan ChaRM ConsultantExperience: 8+ YearsLocation: Hyderabad/ Bangalore/ Noida/ PuneWork Mode: HybridRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and ChaRM to manage SAP landscapes, system administration, transport management, technical monitoring, and production support.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and BW/4HANA landscapes.Perform SAP installations, upgrades, system copies/refreshes, client administration, kernel upgrades, and support package upgrades.Configure and manage SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and ChaRM.Manage TMS, transport routes, change workflows, approvals, and transport troubleshooting.Perform SAP system monitoring, health checks, performance tuning, and technical housekeeping.Manage background jobs, RFCs, Web Dispatcher, spool/printing, and system interfaces.Provide L2/L3 production support, incident resolution, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).Support HANA database administration and SAP environments hosted on AWS/Azure/GCP.Support High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR),



and Business Continuity activities.Coordinate with SAP Support/OSS and other technical teams for critical issues.Must-Have Skills8+ years of SAP Basis experienceStrong hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager 7.2Strong expertise in ChaRM configuration and administrationExperience with SAP S/4HANA and ECCStrong knowledge of SAP TMS and transport managementHands-on experience in SAP system monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrades, kernel patching, and system copiesStrong SAP HANA database administration experienceGood knowledge of Linux/Windows/UnixExperience in L2/L3 production support and RCAStrong understanding of RFC, Web Dispatcher, background jobs, spool/printing, and interfacesNice-to-Have SkillsExperience with BW/4HANACloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCPExperience with High Availability and Disaster RecoveryKnowledge of SOX/compliance and SAP change governanceExperience managing parallel transport cycles and UAT landscapesSAP Solution Manager certifications or relevant SAP certificationsStrong documentation and stakeholder management skillsCandidate ProfileCandidates should have solid hands-on experience in SAP Basis + SolMan + ChaRM, with the ability to independently manage complex SAP landscapes and provide production-level technical support.
