AMGO Games | Hyderabad Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: On-site Experience: 2–5 years Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Game DevelopmentWe are looking for a creative and passionate Game Designer / Level Designer with experience in Hyper Casual, Hybrid Casual, and Puzzle mobile games.? Responsibilities: - Create unique game concepts and gameplay ideas inspired by market trends, movies, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube trends - Design engaging levels, missions, mechanics, reward systems, onboarding experiences, and gameplay flow - Create detailed Game Design Documents (GDD) covering gameplay, UI/UX, monetization, retention, level balancing, and progression systems - Develop immersive and addictive gameplay experiences for mobile players - Collaborate with developers, artists,
and designers throughout the full game development cycle - Conduct playtesting sessions and improve gameplay quality based on feedback - Support and guide other Game Designers on ongoing and future projects✅ Requirements: - 2–5 years of experience as a Game Designer / Level Designer - Experience working on Hyper Casual, Hybrid Casual, and Puzzle mobile games - Strong understanding of game mechanics, player psychology, game balancing, retention, reward systems, and monetization strategies - Experience creating GDDs and level design documentation - Creative thinking, storytelling ability, and robust problem-solving skills - Basic programming understanding is a plus - Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability? Technical Tools: - Unity (2D & 3D) - Photoshop - Illustrator - Figma - Sketching / Drawing - Illustration⭐ Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of playable ads, creatives, and ad-based game content - Good understanding of color theory and asset selection - Experience in game analytics and funnel optimization?
