Candidates with Life Insurance Banca experience can apply.
Team handling experience is mandatory.
Solid experience in managing Banca sales teams and IDFC Bank business will be preferred.
Should have valuable relationship management and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and drive the performance of the Banca sales team.
Achieve business and revenue targets through the IDFC Bank partnership.
Build and maintain robust relationships with bank stakeholders.
Drive lead generation, customer acquisition and policy sales.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
Coach, mentor and motivate team members for improved productivity.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
