We are looking for an experienced and creative CAD Designer Computerized Embroidery to join our embroidery production team. The candidate will be responsible for converting artwork and design concepts into high-quality, production-ready embroidery programs for commercial embroidery machines.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare designs for multi-head computerized embroidery machines.
Convert customer artwork, sketches, prints and design concepts into embroidery-ready files.
Prepare embroidery programs according to required size, placement, stitch density and production specifications.
Optimize designs for production to achieve valuable appearance, accurate registration and efficient machine running.
Make embroidery samples and modify designs based on sample approval and buyer/customer feedback.
Work closely with the production team to solve embroidery-related technical problems.
Maintain proper records and archives of embroidery programs and approved designs
Required Skills




Strong experience in computerized embroidery digitizing/CAD.
Good knowledge of embroidery construction, stitch types, density, sequencing and underlay.
Practical understanding of embroidery production on commercial multi-head embroidery machines.
Ability to troubleshoot embroidery design and production issues.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple designs/styles simultaneously.

Software Knowledge

Candidate should have hands-on experience with skilled embroidery CAD/digitizing software such as: Wilcom , Pulse , Tajima etc.
