Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain B2B customers for aluminium extrusion/profile products.
Identify and generate current business opportunities through market visits, references, exhibitions, and customer networks.
Handle enquiries, understand customer requirements, and coordinate for quotations.
Develop relationships with OEMs, fabricators, manufacturers, architects, contractors, dealers, and industrial customers.
Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and generate current business.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, and payment collection.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Design/Technical, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
Understand aluminium profile specifications, sizes, applications, finishes, alloys, and customer-specific requirements.




Coordinate with the technical team for drawings, dies, samples, prototypes, and customized profiles, wherever required.
Monitor competitor activities, market prices, customer requirements, and industry trends.
Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, customer visits, orders, and sales pipeline.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate internally for timely resolution.
Ensure timely payment follow-up with customers.
