Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage a team of up to 15 FTEs handling e-commerce catalog management, data labelling, and content validation. The role involves driving productivity, quality, SLA adherence, and team performance while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of up to 15 members.
Assign daily workloads and ensure SLA, productivity, and quality targets are met.
Review and validate e-commerce product/catalog content as per client standards.
Conduct quality audits and identify/correct errors and discrepancies.
Maintain daily trackers and prepare performance reports.
Handle escalations related to quality, productivity, and SLA.




Coordinate with clients/stakeholders for capacity planning, training, and audits.
Train team members on products, processes, and quality standards.
Perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements.
Identify opportunities to simplify or automate routine processes.

Eligibility & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline with 6+ years of experience, including 2+ years in a Team Lead role.
Experience in E-commerce / Catalog Management / Content Validation / Data Labelling preferred.
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
Good stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and internet tools.
Typing speed of 40+ WPM with accuracy.
Robust attention to detail and ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
