Key Responsibilities

Product Engineering Leadership

● Lead and manage engineers working on frontend and backend product features.

● Partner closely with Product Managers and Designers to deliver user-centric solutions.

● Drive execution of the product roadmap with predictable and high-quality delivery.

Execution & Delivery

● Own sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery for product initiatives.

● Break down requirements into transparent technical tasks and milestones.

● Ensure engineering best practices around code quality, testing, and reviews.

Technical Guidance

● Provide technical direction for product services and web applications.

● Review system designs and critical code paths.

● Help teams make pragmatic architectural decisions that support scale and

maintainability.

People Management

● Mentor and grow engineers through regular feedback and career development.

● Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and hiring interviews.

● Build a strong, collaborative,



product-focused engineering culture.

Requirements

Experience

● Minimum 5+ years of software engineering experience

● 2+ years in an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead role

● Experience building and scaling customer-facing SaaS product

Core Tech Stack (Required)

● Frontend: Next.js (React)

● Backend: Node.js, Python

● Database: MongoDB

● Cloud: AWS

● Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes (working knowledge)

Preferred Qualifications

● Prior experience in high-growth startups or rapidly scaling product organizations.

● Exposure to AI/ML systems, LLMs, or agentic architectures.

● Contributions to open-source projects or published technical thought leadership.
