Role & responsibilities
Manage export orders from order confirmation to shipment and documentation closure.
Coordinate with international customers, distributors, logistics partners, CHA, freight forwarders, production, warehouse, finance, and regulatory teams.
Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, COO, COA, certificates, and other export documents.
Handle documentation related to LC, TT, advance payments, shipping bills, and export realization.
Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs, and applicable international export requirements.
Monitor shipment status, dispatch schedules, delivery timelines, and resolve operational/documentation issues.
Maintain professional relationships with international customers and business partners.
Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for payment follow-up and export realization.
Prepare export MIS, shipment reports, order status, pending payment, and dispatch reports.




Maintain accurate records of export orders, shipments, payments, and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile
56 years of experience in Export Operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of export documentation and shipment processes.
Good understanding of DGFT, customs, logistics, and international trade procedures.
Experience handling international customers and distributors.
Positive knowledge of LC, TT, advance payments, shipping documentation, and export realization.
Solid coordination, negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Positive command of MS Excel, ERP systems, and export-related documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
