Role Overview:
As a Solutions Consultant at Konnect Insights, you will play a pivotal

role in bridging the gap between our technology and the unique needs of our

clients.



You'll be the expert who understands our clients' business challenges and

collaborates with them to tailor our solutions for optimal impact.

Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement:

• Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and

challenges.

• Build solid, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.

• Solution Customization:

• Collaborate with the product and development teams to customize

solutions based on client requirements.

• Ensure seamless integration and deployment of our SaaS platform.

• Product Demos and Training:

• Conduct product demonstrations showcasing the capabilities and value

proposition of Konnect Insights.

• Provide training sessions to clients for effective platform utilization.

• Needs Analysis:

• Conduct needs analysis to identify opportunities for upselling and

cross-selling additional services.

• Proactively address client concerns and provide effective solutio
