Job Summary

We are looking for a .NET Lead Developer with strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, ASP.NET, Angular, and SQL Server. The role involves leading development initiatives, modernizing legacy applications, and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions in the BFSI domain.

Key Responsibilities
Lead development and maintenance of enterprise applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, WebForms, and Angular
Drive application modernization and migration from legacy systems to .NET Core
Design and develop scalable APIs and backend services
Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
Work closely with business, QA, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery
Mentor junior developers and ensure coding best practices
Support deployments, release management, and production issues

Required Technical Skills




Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC
Experience with WebForms and migration to contemporary frameworks
Proficiency in C#, Entity Framework, LINQ
Robust knowledge of SQL Server (queries, procedures, performance tuning)
Experience in REST API development and system integration
Working knowledge of Angular (v8+)
Familiarity with Git / TFS / Azure Repos
Solid debugging and problem-solving skills
BFSI domain experience (mandatory/preferred)

Preferred Skills
Experience with Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines
Exposure to microservices architecture
Knowledge of Docker / containerization
Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
Understanding of application security and performance optimization

Education

BE / B.Tech / MCA / MSc (Computer Science / IT) or equivalent
