About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager Business Loan to drive customer acquisition and business growth in the assigned geography. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality Business Loan customers, developing market relationships, achieving business targets, and ensuring smooth coordination from lead generation to disbursement.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and acquire new customers for Business Loan through direct sourcing and market activities.
Identify potential business owners, MSMEs, self-employed professionals, and other eligible customers.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers and channel partners such as DSAs, connectors, CAs and other referral sources.
Conduct regular market visits and identify current business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Achieve assigned monthly sales, sourcing and disbursement targets.
