Analyze training effectiveness and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements :
Experience in sales training, product training, or related fields with a solid understanding of sales principles.
Excellent teaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility and adaptability.
Familiarity with two-wheeler operations is desirable but not mandatory.
