KCO Media is looking for a Business Development Skilled to join our team. If you're someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, and closing deals in the media and content space, this one's for you.

What you'll do:

Identify and pursue new business prospects across brands, agencies, and influencers. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Pitch KCO Media's services to prospective clients and partners. Work closely with the content and strategy teams to develop winning proposals. Track market trends and competitor activity to spot recent growth areas. Meet and exceed revenue and business targets.

What we're looking for:

2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (media/content/influencer marketing background preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. A go getter attitude with the confidence to open new doors. Based in or willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar.
