Role & responsibilities
Business Development & LSP Partnerships
Partner Scouting & Onboarding: Identify, scout, and onboard current Lending Service Providers (LSPs) and fintech partners in alignment with business strategies.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture commercial and strategic relationships with target and existing lending partners.
Sourcing & Expansion: Independently source recent business leads, focusing on the Educational Institution ecosystem.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Connect external partners with internal RCPL teams (Credit, Operations, IT, Risk) to ensure smooth integration and execution of partnership deliverables.
Underwriting, Operations & Funnel Management
Preliminary Assessment: Conduct initial financial appraisals and preliminary credit assessments before logging cases into underwriting.
Case Operations & Funnel Tracking: Manage the login case funnel, coordinate document procurement from clients/partners, and ensure smooth handoffs to underwriting.
TAT & SLA Management: Monitor Turnaround Times (TATs) at each pipeline stage,



track sanction conditions and Post-Disbursement Documents (PDDs), and escalate delays to meet resolution timelines.
Portfolio Management & Risk Mitigation
Portfolio MIS & Analytics: Prepare detailed MIS reports to track portfolio performance across products and partners.
Early Warning Signals (EWS): Perform ongoing case and portfolio monitoring to spot early warning indicators and mitigate potential defaults.
Collections & Reviews: Coordinate portfolio reviews and collection strategies at both product and partner levels.
Regulatory Compliance & Field Engagement
RBI Compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines governing digital lending, LSPs, regulatory caps, and co-lending frameworks.
Field Personal Discussions (PDs): Travel for business meetings, Personal Discussions (PDs) with borrowers/institutions, and direct sourcing activities.
