Job Summary The Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing social media platforms, handling marketing communications, preparing reports, coordinating promotional activities, and supporting lead generation initiatives.

Role & responsibilities
Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media accounts.
Monitor and respond to social media inquiries.
Handle official email communications.
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
Coordinate intervention chance calls and maintain records.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Comfortable coordinating with clients over phone calls.
Able to maintain reports accurately and efficiently.

Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with experience in Voice Process and Blended Process environments will be preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Should possess robust email drafting and correspondence skills.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
