Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with vendors for orders, supplies, dispatches and deliveries.
Follow up regularly with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials/products.
Track Purchase Orders, pending orders and delivery status.
Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Warehouse and Accounts teams.




Maintain vendor-wise records and prepare pending order / supply status reports.
Identify delays or shortages and escalate issues to the concerned team.
Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of supply-related data.
Maintain regular communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:
Good communication and robust follow-up skills.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
Organized, proactive and comfortable handling multiple vendors/orders.
Experience in Vendor Coordination / Purchase / Supply Chain preferred.
Immediate joiners / Short Notice candidates preferred.
