Key Responsibilities
Drive motor insurance sales through the agency channel.
Build and maintain robust relationships with agency partners.
Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Monitor team performance and support business growth.
Recruit, train, and guide insurance advisors/agents.




Ensure timely reporting and adherence to company processes.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in Motor Insurance, General Insurance, Agency Channel, or Insurance Sales.
Positive communication and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
Team-handling experience will be an added advantage.
