Domian- Corporate/internet banking, experience in web/mobile/API
Requirement Gathering, Interview stakeholders, run workshops, and document functional and technical needs.
Process Analysis: Map out "as-is" workflows and design optimized "to-be" processes to resolve operational bottlenecks.
Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to spot trends, build business cases, and track performance.
Bridging the Gap: Translate technical jargon for business executives and business needs into user stories or specifications for developers.
Project Oversight: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, assist in project planning, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage change
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Methodologies: Solid understanding of software development frameworks like Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira.
Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and problem-solving abilities
