Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with solid experience in government-sector electrical projects, tenders, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue business opportunities with government institutions and ESCOMs.
Lead preparation and submission of electrical tenders.
Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders.
Track government tenders, policies, projects, and market prospects.
Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams for tender submissions.




Support business development and project acquisition activities.
Manage client relationships and follow up on opportunities.

Requirements
5–8 years of experience in business development related to electrical projects.
Experience handling government institutions/ESCOMs and electrical tenders.
Strong understanding of government tendering processes.
Established network with relevant government/ESCOM stakeholders is preferred.
Kannada proficiency is mandatory.
Valuable English communication skills.
Strong negotiation, coordination, and organizational skills.
