Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive qualified to support general project management, vendor coordination, and facilities and GRC-related operations. The role will focus on planning, prioritizing, and tracking projects while working closely with internal stakeholders, landlords, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, prioritize, and track projects through clearly defined activities, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive timely execution.
Manage vendor performance and support facilities and lease management related activities.
Oversee command-centre activities, including access control and CCTV monitoring.
Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates.
Identify operational issues, coordinate resolution, and follow through to closure.
Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring effective stakeholder collaboration.
