We're Hiring Agency Manager | Life Insurance
We're looking for agile and result-oriented Agency Managers to join Life Insurance.

Mumbai
Gujarat
Rajasthan
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, build, and manage a team of Insurance Advisors/Agents.
Train, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve business goals.
Drive sales of Life Insurance products through the agency channel.
Support advisors in generating leads and closing sales.
Ensure productivity, performance, and compliance of the agency team.
Build robust customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience in Insurance Sales, Agency Channel, Banking, Financial Services, or Direct Sales.
Robust leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and grow a high-performing team.
Graduate preferred.
