Hands on experience in Design engineering of Automotive GSM components.
Experience in Glass, seals and mechanisms.
Valuable CAD proficiency on CATIA V5 in below modules
Surface modelling (Generative Shape Design Module)
Part modelling
Detailing (Drafting)
Assembly design
3D Annotation (Functional Tolerancing & Annotation)
Having valuable knowledge of GSM components and manufacturing methodologies
Master section creation & Developing Engineering Surface.
Understand design and apply updating according to client requirements for a product
Maintain effective communication with supplier, customer and outside resources concerning technical issues.
Knowledge in CATIA & TeamCentre Visualization DMU Tools.
Experience in PLM Software( TeamCentre preferred).
Experience in supplier interaction.
Positive GD&T; application knowledge.
