Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Visit client locations and conduct product demonstrations and discussions.
Understand clients' trading, broking, compliance, surveillance, and back-office processes.
Explain how our product features can address client requirements.
Gather and document client requirements, issues, and change requests.
Coordinate with Product, Technology, Implementation, and Support teams.
Support client onboarding, product training, and product adoption.
Build robust relationships with client stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
Stay updated with Indian capital-market and regulatory developments.

What We Are Looking For :
Positive understanding of the Indian stock-market ecosystem and trading lifecycle.
Knowledge of NSE, BSE, brokers, clearing corporations, and depositories.
Understanding of concepts such as OMS, RMS, orders, trades, margins, positions, holdings, contract notes, and settlements.
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to interact confidently with clients and understand their requirements.
Positive problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
Comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint.
