Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and complaints through email.
Respond to customers professionally and within the required turnaround time.
Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and account-related queries.
Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams when required.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
Minimum; graduates preferred.
Positive written and verbal English communication.
Basic computer knowledge.




Comfortable using email and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Valuable typing speed and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Customer-service-oriented attitude.
