Job Description – Water Plant Supervisor

Position: Water Plant Supervisor

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹19,000 per month

Location: THODUPUZHA

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the water treatment/packaging plant.
Monitor water purification, filtration, and processing activities.
Ensure proper functioning of plant machinery and equipment.
Manage and guide plant workers and allocate daily duties.
Maintain quality and hygiene standards as per company requirements.
Check water quality and ensure production meets required standards.
Monitor stock of raw materials, packaging materials, and other supplies.
Maintain daily production, maintenance, and quality records.




Identify and report equipment issues and coordinate maintenance when required.
Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a water plant or similar production environment is preferred.
Positive knowledge of plant operations and basic machinery handling.
Ability to supervise and manage workers.
Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
