Sales & Guest Handling Executive – Airbnb

Job Responsibilities:
Handle Airbnb guest calls, WhatsApp messages and inquiries.
Communicate with guests professionally and assist them with their queries.
Handle booking-related inquiries and follow-ups.
Coordinate with guests regarding check-in, check-out and stay-related requirements.
Promote available properties and generate bookings.
Follow up with potential guests and convert inquiries into bookings.
Coordinate with housekeeping and property staff for guest requirements.
Resolve basic guest complaints and ensure a smooth stay experience.
Maintain records of bookings, inquiries and guest communication.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to properties and bookings.
Requirements:




Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive Hindi and English communication skills.
Confident in handling phone calls and talking to guests.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive customer-handling and convincing skills.
Comfortable working in a target-oriented setting.
Willingness to learn and work in the hospitality/short-stay industry.
Training & Salary:
1 week training will be provided.
Training period will be unpaid.
After successful completion of training, salary will be ₹10,000–₹12,000 per month, based on skills and interview performance.
