About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CFO to lead the company’s finance function and play a key role in our upcoming IPO.

Key Responsibilities
Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting and forecasting.
Drive IPO financial readiness, due diligence and coordination with merchant bankers, auditors and legal advisors.
Oversee financial reporting, MIS, cash flow, working capital and internal controls.
Ensure compliance with SEBI, Companies Act, taxation and applicable financial regulations.
Manage investor relations, fundraising, banking and capital allocation.
Lead audits and strengthen financial governance and processes.




Advise the Board and management on financial and strategic decisions.
Lead and manage the finance & accounts team.

Candidate Profile
CA / MBA Finance / CFA or equivalent.
10+ years of relevant finance leadership experience.
Robust experience in corporate finance, financial reporting and strategic planning.
IPO, fundraising or listed-company experience preferred.
Robust leadership, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹3,500,000.00 per year
