Coordinate the complete IVF patient journey from consultation to treatment completion.
Schedule appointments, scans, procedures, egg retrieval and embryo transfer.
Coordinate with IVF consultants, embryologists, nurses and other departments.
Explain treatment procedures, timelines and appointments to patients.
Follow up with patients regularly regarding consultations, investigations and treatment cycles.
Maintain patient records, IVF trackers and treatment-related documentation.
Coordinate with the embryology/laboratory team for reports and procedures.
Coordinate with the billing team regarding packages, payments and pending dues.
Handle patient queries and provide timely assistance.
Escalate medical/clinical concerns to the concerned doctor or nurse.
Follow up with patients who miss appointments or require further treatment.




Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly IVF reports.
Monitor patient appointments and ensure timely follow-up.
Coordinate with referral doctors/centres and maintain qualified relationships.
Assist in IVF camps, awareness programs and promotional activities.
Ensure adherence to hospital SOPs and IVF/ART guidelines.
Maintain valuable communication and coordination with the entire IVF team.
Focus on patient satisfaction and providing a smooth patient experience.
Support the unit in achieving IVF treatment and patient coordination targets.

Pay: ₹10,159.16 - ₹45,905.94 per month
