Software Engineer — Open Source Contributions

Seeking experienced Software Engineers to contribute to open-source development projects supporting AI training. You'll work on real-world codebases involving feature development, debugging, refactoring, and performance optimization. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement features in existing open-source projects.
Fix complex bugs and improve code reliability.
Refactor legacy code for better performance, scalability, and readability.
Apply algorithms and effective problem-solving techniques.
Review and validate code against project standards.
Collaborate with remote contributors and document technical solutions.
Provide explicit technical explanations of implementations.

Compensation
