Role Definition

Responsible for the accurate and timely dispatch of cut bundles to internal and external production units, ensuring proper style, color, size, lot, quantity, and process-wise segregation with complete documentation and tracking.
Responsibility DeliverablesA. Bundle Dispatch Planning & Coordination
Review the daily bundle dispatch requirements based on the production plan.
Coordinate with Cutting, Production, Printing/Embroidery and External Units.
Prioritize dispatches according to production requirements and delivery schedules.

B. Bundle Verification & Segregation
Verify bundles against style, color, size, lot and quantity.
Ensure bundle tickets/identification details are available and correct.
Segregate bundles process-wise and unit-wise before dispatch.
Identify and report quantity mismatches, missing bundles or incorrect identification.

C. Internal & External Unit Dispatch




Dispatch bundles to internal departments and external job-work units as per requirement.
Prepare and maintain dispatch documents/challans.
Ensure the correct quantity and components are handed over to the respective unit.
Obtain acknowledgement/confirmation for dispatched bundles.

D. Dispatch Tracking & Follow-up
Maintain daily bundle dispatch records.
Track pending, dispatched and received bundles.
Follow up with external units regarding receipt and processing status.
Immediately escalate delays, shortages or discrepancies.

E. Documentation & System Updates
Maintain accurate bundle dispatch registers and supporting documents.
Update ERP/Excel/Google Sheets or other tracking systems regularly.
Maintain records for traceability of each bundle from dispatch to receipt.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
