Job Summary

We are looking for a Barista to join our team at Ama Bakery & Café. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while maintaining excellent standards of taste, presentation, hygiene, and customer service.

The candidate may also be required to support and coordinate with other Barista staff during busy operating hours.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and café beverages, including Espresso, Americano, Cappuccino, Latte, Mocha, Cold Coffee, and other beverages as per the menu.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, temperature, and presentation.
Take customer orders and provide recommendations when required.
Handle billing and POS transactions, if assigned.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and designated café areas.
Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other beverage supplies.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and café operating standards.
Receive, check, and store inventory according to company procedures.




Assist with opening and closing café operations.
Respond to customer queries and handle complaints professionally.
Support team members during peak business hours.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth café operations.
Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and service procedures.
Assist in maintaining proper organisation and cleanliness of the café throughout the shift.

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 10th
Experience: 0–1 year
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge or interest in coffee and beverage preparation will be an advantage.
Positive communication and customer-service skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced café workplace.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
