About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and high-performing Chartered Accountants who have recently qualified and are keen to build their careers in Tax and Transaction Advisory. The selected candidates will gain exposure to one or more specialized domains, including Direct Tax, Indirect Tax (GST), International Tax, Transfer Pricing, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;).

Key Responsibilities
Assist in Direct Tax compliance, return filing, tax audits, assessments, and advisory assignments.
Support GST compliance, reconciliations, return filings, and indirect tax advisory projects.
Assist in International Tax assignments involving cross-border transactions and tax treaty analysis.
Support Transfer Pricing documentation, benchmarking studies, and compliance requirements.
Participate in M&A; engagements, including financial and tax due diligence, transaction support, and restructuring assignments.




Conduct research on tax laws, regulations, and industry developments.
Prepare reports, presentations, tax opinions, and client deliverables.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely execution of assignments.
Support tax litigation, assessments, and representation matters as required.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and qualified standards.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with robust academic credentials.
Relevant articleship exposure in Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Finance, or Consulting preferred.
Solid analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

Pay: ₹850,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
