About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing professional to drive digital acquisition with a robust focus on lead generation, conversions, customer acquisition and ROI. The candidate should be data-driven, hands-on with paid media platforms, and comfortable working with creative, sales and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant platforms.
Own campaign performance across the funnel, from traffic and lead generation to conversion and acquisition.
Manage media budgets, audience targeting, bidding, creatives, landing pages and campaign tracking.
Monitor key metrics including CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion rates.
Conduct audience segmentation, remarketing and A/B testing across creatives, audiences and landing pages.
Analyse campaign and funnel data to improve lead quality and conversion rates, working closely with sales/business teams.
Work with creative/content teams to develop and test high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
Manage and monitor GA4, Google Tag Manager,



Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and identify opportunities to scale campaigns and improve ROI.
Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platforms and emerging acquisition channels.

Key Skills & Experience
3–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media / Digital Marketing.
Solid experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
Good understanding of digital marketing funnels, lead generation and conversion optimisation.
Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and campaign tracking.
ROI Driven strategies
Strong communication, stakeholder management and execution skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, target-oriented setting.
Experience in Real Estate, PropTech, BFSI, E-commerce or other lead-generation businesses will be an advantage.
